Staff was great
The hotel is close to the WSU campus. We loved the initial ambiance of lobby- but our entire stay no one actually ever was there serving drinks etc. So just don’t have any expectation that there is a service bar (I don’t think many would care, but it shouldn’t be advertised as such).
Room had kitchen so I was able to make own special diet food.
Breakfast was fine. Offered early enough that we were able to eat on our get away day.
location was ideal for a campus tour w my daughter
the property itself is one of the nicest places in town. that’s why we stay there. the pool is very nice and the facility itself is just a nice place.

Great, if you are not staying during cougar football! The time we got a room in the corner, and I felt a little like a jail cell with only a tiny window facing the wall. We had our dog wondering if that’s why we got stuck in this room?

Breakfast was a typical free, hotel breakfast. It was enough to get us on our way. Loved the location. Quiet and away from any activity on campus. nice to be able to kick back and have a drink and appetizer type food in the lobby, fireplace and all!

We were traveling with bikes and the staff let us store them in an empty meeting room - so nice! The room was big and comfortable, and the kitchen had just enough to make our stay easy. Really great.
New clean facility, spacious room with a small fully equipped kitchen, separate sitting and desk areas plus a comfortable bed. Good lighting for multiple tasks. Lots of lobby space with many seating options. Nice gym. This would be a great place for an extended business trip or a parents' weekender.
